The first programme in the series perfectly illustrates why it is important to have the difficult discussions about what happens to your estate after you die. Much heartache (and, potentially, family feuding) can be avoided if you prepare a Will which sets out your wishes unambiguously – and is fair and equitable.
This is PARTICULARLY important if you are part of a ‘blended family’, ie where you and/or your spouse/partner have children from previous relationships.
