While this represents an increase of 6% compared to 2017 when the proportion was 39%, it still means that over half the adult population don&#8217;t have Wills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Around six in ten parents don&#8217;t have Wills in place, or have ones that are out of date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having a Will can save on tax, on care home fees and on a great deal of heartache. Why leave arrangements for your assets to chance? More importantly, why leave arrangements for your infant children to chance?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may be young and fit, but sadly none of us can guarantee dying old and full of years. Accidents and tragedies do occur and, whilst we hope it won&#8217;t happen to us, we cannot be sure it won&#8217;t. It&#8217;s not about being morbid; it&#8217;s more about being mindful. It&#8217;s not about pessimism; it more about prudence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, we hope the worst does not happen.
